The surface of the hot work platform is entirely sealed with plastic and then placed in iron or wooden packaging. Due to the internal plastic film sealing, this packaging offers excellent moisture and rust resistance, making it suitable for inland transportation. When installing the cast iron hot work platform, it should be leveled, and the load should be evenly distributed across all support points. The ambient temperature should be (20±5)°C, and vibration should be avoided during use.
Shipbuilding hot work plate manufacturers produce the product in accordance with the JB/T7974-1999 standard, with designs including ribbed plate and box-type structures. The working surface of the hot work platform can be rectangular, square, or circular, and the materials used are HT200-300, QT400-600, or ZG15-45.
